Policies Regarding Vacation Packages
Vacation packages are refundable with a 79 dollar administrative fee
plus 10% re-stocking fee and they are good for a period of 1 year from
time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do
this without a fee.
If you cancel 72 hours before your check-in, the above applies plus
a 79 dollar one-night fee. Changing check-in date 72 hours before
check-in to a later date, the 79 dollar one-night fee applies.
Non-Qualified Tours
IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications for the resort tour promotion, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation; will have charged to their credit or check card minimum of 250 dollar per night up to 375 dollar per night for a 2 bedroom or a minimum of 200 dollar per night up to 300 dollar a night for 1 bedroom accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
Policies Regarding No-Shows
Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
Failure to complete the sales presentation will result in a charge of 200 dollars.

tripadvisor.com: I stayed here last August..the few concerns I had were outweighed by the accomodations, the fun and the staff. Actually I only had one concern..which was manifested in two ways..when I checked in I was not asked for ID..which led to the other part of the concern..I left my key in the room when I went to the front desk to ask for another key they asked me which room and just gave a key..I could have told them any room..I could have been mistaken..any number of problems could have arisen from this. Now for the staff..they were so nice..I asked for extra blankets and toiletries and they were in my room when I got back to it. The room had the best blankets and pillows..I loved the tile floors..I didnt go in the business center or the kids room but I knew they were available. The park itself was great...my grandkids are 5 and 7 and I didnt have to worry about them being dumped in the water and drowning. I am making reservations again this summer...and I will continue to come back and tell friends and relatives about this place ( all my family lives in the Tampa/Zhills area ) but I seriously ask you to reexamine your policy on ID's and giving keys to the room..If I had been staying any longer I would have done something then about it! See you in August!
