Policies Regarding Vacation Packages
Vacation packages are refundable with a 79 dollar administrative fee
plus 10% re-stocking fee and they are good for a period of 1 year from
time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do
this without a fee.
If you cancel 72 hours before your check-in, the above applies plus
a 79 dollar one-night fee. Changing check-in date 72 hours before
check-in to a later date, the 79 dollar one-night fee applies.
Non-Qualified Tours
IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications for the resort tour promotion, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation; will have charged to their credit or check card minimum of 250 dollar per night up to 375 dollar per night for a 2 bedroom or a minimum of 200 dollar per night up to 300 dollar a night for 1 bedroom accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
Policies Regarding No-Shows
Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
Failure to complete the sales presentation will result in a charge of 200 dollars.

tripadvisor.com: This is our Second Trip to the Palisades resort in Orlando. We are "experienced" Disney Vacationers, having been to 6 different places in 10 visits to Disney over the last ten years. The Palisades is the best place we have stayed in for the following reasons:
0. Rooms and pools are clean.
1. Way, way more space than the onsite Disney Hotels.
2. Heated pool. We always come late March over spring break. And if your hotel doesn't have a heated pool it might as well not have a pool.
3. Near restaurants and grocery stores. There are Publix and Super Walmart's with in 2.0 miles. You won't want to buy a lot of stuff if you are flying in so being close to a grocery store is important if you want to save a little money by eating in. Plus it is just more convenient some times.
4. Kitchen in your room to prepare meals.
5. Multiple flat screen T.V.s to keep everyone happy when resting after a long day at the parks.
6. Washer and Dryer in your room allows you to travel light.
7. Great, friendly service.
8. An unparalled value.
Really we search carefully for the best value. Not the cheapest price. A vacation isn't a vacation if you aren't comfortable in your room. The Palisades has all of the amenities we are looking for with really no drawbacks for a great price.
