Last Minute Bookings During Holidays & Peak Times

If you are booking last minute during: Spring Break, Easter, Christmas or any other very busy holiday time; there is a good possibility that you may not tour till the day just before you check-out and/or have a tour time at 1:30 p.m. (very last-minute booking cases). You may be *pre-gifted.  The resorts only have so many reps for the tours. 

Those who book earlier (weeks in advance) get earlier tour times!

This is how *pre-gifting works:

1. You must visit the tour desk during their operational hours
2. Your card will be charged for the amount of the tickets
3. When you complete the tour, the charge is removed
4. It takes 3 - 4 business days for the charge to come off your card.

Our premier resort, Silver Lake Resort is accepting married and co-habitating couples from all but these listed countries (must meet the other qualifications): Bolivia, Guatemala, India, Uruguay & Venezuela.

If you purchase a Calypso Cay Suites package or Calypso Cay Condos package, when you check-in at the resort (for either package, you check-in at the front desk of the Calypso Cay Suites); they will let you know what time the next day (typically) you will preview the resort.

If you purchase any of the packages below you will check-in at the Silver Lake Welcome Center. It is there that they will let you know what time to be back at the Welcome Center the next day to preview the resort.

If you purchase any of the packages below, you will check-in at the property and tour Silver Lake Resort the next day. When we receive your order, we fax your vacation details to the Silver Lake Welcome Center and they fax us back with your tour date and time.

Please understand, we do not set your tour time. The resort does. Any correspondence regarding your tour time needs to be directed to the resort.
