Vacation packages are refundable with a 79 dollar administrative fee plus 10% re-stocking fee; the packages are good for a period of 1 year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do this without a fee.

Disney World Property Hotels: Due to being in very high-demand, all sales for these hotels are final with a 1 year open end.

Silver Lake Resort - Orlando Timeshare Tour Qualifications

Silver Lake Resort is accepting married and co-habitating couples from all but these listed countries (must meet the other qualifications): Bolivia, Guatemala, India, Uruguay & Venezuela.

Be a U.S. or Canadian citizen or legal resident; age 25 - 68
Single women only from the U.S., age 30 - 68
Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least 50,000 dollars;
Have not participated in a Silver Lake resort sales presentation within the past 18 months;
Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or ATM cards are not accepted;
Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English or Spanish without the benefit of an interpreter; and
If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
This vacation package is non-refundable. Failure to meet these requirements or complete our presentation will result in your credit card being charged the full retail rate of the resort (at the time of your stay) and the retail amount of any other incentive(s) you have received.
Residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami, Dade & Broward Counties are not eligible for the promotion. Silver Lake Resort owners are not eligible for the promotion.
No more than one family. (no families or friends travelling together with the same promotion).
These states do not qualify for the promotion; for Silver Lake is not registered there. Alaska, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North & South Dakota.

Calypso Cay Resort - Orlando Timeshare Tour Qualifications

FOR I.D. PURPOSES, please bring your valid photo I.D. and a major credit card.

1.) After meal, you must attend a 90 minute sales presentation. If married, husband and wife must attend together. If co-habitating, both parties must be present.

2.) You must speak fluent English or Spanish.

3.) If married, husband or wife must be between the ages of 25-65 with a valid photo I.D. or passport to qualify with a combined gross annual household income of 50,000 dollars.

4.) Single persons (U.S. Only - single constitutes never married, divorced, widowed; sindle does not constitute seperated) must be between the ages of 30-65 with a valid photo I.D. or passport and a 40,000 dollar gross annual income.

All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and Venezuela.

5.) Florida residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk, Seminole, Miami, Dade & Broward Counties do not qualify for this offer.

6.) Upon check-in, the resort will let you know when your time will be. You may use a debit card to cover the room taxes and any other incidentals, but a major credit is required to do the tour. You may not tour the day you check-in nor the day you depart.

7.) No single males and no full-time students.

8.) Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the discounted package price.

9.) This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or more offers may not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort. Employees or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies are not qualified.

10.)All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and Venezuela.

11.)Because this is a Promotion Offer and not a Discounted price, No group tourists will be accepted. A group is any travel party requiring more than one room.

Ron Jon^®* Cape Caribe Resort - Timeshare Tour Qualifications

Be U.S. or Canadian citizens or legal residents; one member of the party must be at least 25 years old and the other at least 21.
Single women only from the U.S. at least 35 years old but not over 72 years of age. - Must earn at least 50,000 dollars per year from all sources.
Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least 50,000 dollars;
If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
Must not have toured Ron Jon^®* Cape Caribe Resort in the last 15 months; maximum of 3 total lifetime tours alllowed;
Must not be an owner at Ron Jon^®* Cape Caribe Resort, The Resort on Cocoa Beach or Discovery Beach Resort.
