Calypso Cay Resort - Orlando Timeshare Package - Qualifications
Provision of offer: There is no cost or obligation to purchase
anything. No one is excluded from the tour or resort ownership;
however, the following requirements must be met in order to receive a
gift.
FOR I.D. PURPOSES, please bring your valid photo I.D. and a major credit card.
1.) After meal, you must attend a 90 minute sales presentation of the Calypso Cay Resort. If married, husband and wife must attend together. If co-habitating, both parties must be present.
2.) You must speak fluent English or Spanish.
3.) If married, husband or wife must be between the ages of 25-65 with a valid photo I.D. or passport to qualify with a combined gross annual household income of 50,000 dollars.
4.) Single persons (U.S. Only - single constitutes never married, divorced, widowed; sindle does not constitute seperated) must be between the ages of 30-65 with a valid photo I.D. or passport and a 50,000 dollar gross annual income.
All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and Venezuela.
5.) Florida residents of Brevard, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Orange, Polk, Seminole, Miami, Dade & Broward Counties do not qualify for this offer.
6.) Upon check-in, Calypso Cay Resort will let you know when your time will be. You may use a debit card to cover the room taxes and any other incidentals, but a major credit is required to do the tour. You may not tour the day you check-in nor the day you depart.
7.) No single males and no full-time students.
8.) Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the discounted package price.
9.) This offer may not be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Two or more offers may not be used within twelve (12) months to the same resort. Employees or relatives of employees of Calypso Cay Resort or resort exchange companies are not qualified.
10.)All Countries are qualified with the exception of the following: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea and Venezuela.
11.)Because this is a Promotion Offer and not a Discounted price, No group tourists will be accepted. A group is any travel party requiring more than one room.
Policies Regarding Vacation Packages
Vacation packages are refundable with a 79 dollar administrative fee
plus 10% re-stocking fee and they are good for a period of 1 year from
time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do
this without a fee.
If you cancel 72 hours before your check-in, the above applies plus
a 79 dollar one-night fee. Changing check-in date 72 hours before
check-in to a later date, the 79 dollar one-night fee applies.
Non-Qualified Tours
IMPORTANT NOTE: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications for the resort tour promotion, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation; will have charged to their credit or check card minimum of 250 dollar per night up to 375 dollar per night for a 2 bedroom or a minimum of 200 dollar per night up to 300 dollar a night for 1 bedroom accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.
Policies Regarding No-Shows
Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price. By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
Failure to complete the sales presentation will result in a charge of 200 dollars.
