Ron Jon^®* Cape Caribe Resort - Timeshare Tour Qualifications

FOR I.D. PURPOSES, please bring your valid photo I.D. and a Major Credit Card.

1. Be U.S. or Canadian citizens or legal residents; one member of the party must be at least 25 years old and the other at least 21.
2. Single women only from the U.S. at least 35 years old but not over 72 years of age. - Must earn at least 50,000 dollars per year from all sources.
3. Be married, or a cohabiting couple, have a combined Gross Annual Income of at least 50,000 dollars;
4. If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership. Our presentation is designed to last for approximately 90 minutes; however, under certain circumstances it could last longer.
5. Must not have toured Ron Jon^®* Cape Caribe Resort in the last 15 months; maximum of 3 total lifetime tours alllowed;
6. Must not be an owner at Ron Jon^®* Cape Caribe Resort, The Resort on Cocoa Beach or Discovery Beach Resort.
7. Bring, as proof of ID, one picture ID verifying residence at the same address, and one major credit card (American Express/MasterCard/Visa/Discover) Debit or ATM cards are not accepted;
8. No open bankruptcies and/or federal and state tax liens.
9. Individuals who reside in Florida for more than 3 weeks and less than 7 months are not allowed.
10. Both parties attending the sales presentation must understand, read and speak fluent English without the benefit of an interpreter; and
11. If you and your spouse or cohabiting partner (if applicable) are eligible for the incentive, then both of you must attend and complete the entire presentation on vacation ownership.
12. Must not be vacationing or living in an R.V.
13. No beachside Brevard County residents or residents from Cape Canaveral to Patrick Air Force Base (including Cocoa Beach, Avon by the Sea and Satellite Beach); Brevard County residents south of Patrick are accepted.
14. No beachside Volusia (Daytona).
15. Not an employee or family member of an employee of the timeshare industry including developers and marketing companies.
16. These states do not qualify for the promotion: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, West Virginia, and Wyoming.
